Using StarTap

By playing StarTap or adding a site to it, you agree to these terms and the rules and content policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

You sign in through GitHub, Google or X and are responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person. Using several accounts, scripts or auto-clickers to gain an advantage is not allowed.

Your project

• Only add a website you own or are allowed to represent. The domain's owner can reclaim a project at any time, and the person who added it gets a strike. Three strikes mean a ban.
• You're responsible for your project's name, tagline and site. They must follow the content policy and must not infringe anyone's rights.
• You let StarTap show your project's name, tagline, domain, icon and stats on the site, in badges and in share images.

Stars

Stars, ranks, boosts and crowns are game features. They have no cash value, aren't your property, and can't be bought, sold or transferred. We may rebalance the game, reset stars earned through cheating or bugs, and change how ranking works.

Moderation

We may hide, reset or remove any project, and suspend or ban any account, that breaks these terms or the rules, with or without notice.

Links to other sites

The boards link to sites run by other people. We don't control or endorse them and aren't responsible for their content.

No warranty

StarTap is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It may be unavailable, lose data or change at any time. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using StarTap after a change, the new terms apply.
